Guidelines:
Only original work designed and crafted by the attending artist may be sold.
Moscow, Idaho's community celebraion of spring is held under the trees at East City Park the weekend of the first Sunday in May each year.
Craft booths operate Saturday 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., rain or shine--so be prepared!
Craft Booth
Application fee $25 (first time applicants only)
10'x10' booth space $200
10'x20' booth space $400
If you're a first time applicant, pay the application fee when you submit your application. Pay the booth fee after you're notified of acceptance by the jury.
Returning vendors please submit the booth fee with your application.
Booth locations will be assigned when payment is received.

Returning Vendor
Be sure to check the checkbox on the application form in the Comments section. You will not need to resubmit photos to the jury for unchanged craftwork or booth presentation.
Payment
By PayPal/credit card: login to your PayPal account at PayPal.com and make your fee payment to "paypal@moscowrenfair.org".

If you are a first time applicant, send two checks, one for the application fee and the other for the booth fee. If you are not accepted into the fair, your booth fee check will be destroyed.
Shared Craft Booth
Two artists can share a booth and split the fee: $100 each for a 10'x10' booth or $200 each for a 10'x20' booth.
Each vendor should apply separately (and, if a first time applicant, pay an application fee and send photos). Both should fill out the Second Artisan section of the application.
Each applicant sends his or her own photos. Applicants are juried separately.
In case one of the shared applicants is accepted and the other denied, please indicate on the application whether or not the accepted applicant would still want to attend and pay the full booth fee.
Service Providers
A limited number of service providers (for example, massage, fortune telling, body art) will be accepted. First time service providers will be juried; provide photos, or a written description of the services if photos are not applicable.
Booth location and special needs requests
Booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of the fair board.
If you have a site preference, so indicate in the application form comment section.
Provide first, second, and third choices by booth number, referring to the craft booth map below.
Also note any special booth needs you may have.
Lodging
Out of town vendors needing
lodging should make reservations as soon as possible as WSU's graduation
is the same weekend as the Renaissance Fair and hotels will be full.
