Moscow Renaissance FairTwo artists can share a booth and split the fee: $100 each for a 10’ x 10’ booth space or $200 each for a 10’ x 20’ booth space.
Each vendor should apply separately and, if they are a first-time vendor, pay the application fee. Both vendors should fill out the “Second Artisan” section of the application. Each applicant should send their own photos. Applicants will be juried separately.
In case one of the shared applicants is accepted and the other denied, please indicate in the application whether the accepted applicant would still want to attend and pay the full booth fee.
A limited number of service providers (for example, massage, fortune telling, body art) will be accepted.
Moscow Renaissance Fair is committed to composting or recycling waste generated at our event. If your craft is edible on site, it must be served in compostable or recyclable service ware. If necessary, you can purchase service ware from us – note what you need in the “Comments” section of the application.
Booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of the fair board.
If you have a site preference, indicate up to three choices on your application by booth number, referring to the craft booth map at the top of the application.
Note any special booth needs you may have in the “Comments” section.
Out-of-town vendors needing lodging should make reservations as soon as possible as WSU’s graduation is the same weekend as the Moscow Renaissance Fair and hotels will be full. Let us know if you are having trouble finding lodging as we may be able to find a local person to host a vendor.
