45th Annual
Moscow Renaissance Fair
May 5th & 6th, 2018

  • Guidelines:


  • Only original work designed and crafted by the attending artist may be sold.

  • Moscow, Idaho's community celebraion of spring is held under the trees at East City Park the weekend of the first Sunday in May each year. The 45th annual Moscow Renaissance Fair will be May 5th & 6th, 2018

    Craft booths operate Saturday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., rain or shine--so be prepared!

    Main stage live music continues until nightfall. About 15 non-commercial food booths are operated by local community organizations and a beer and wine garden, provided by a Moscow brewery, raises funds for the fair.

  • Craft Booth
    10'x10' booth space $175
    10'x20' booth space $325
    Application fee $25 (first time applicants only)

    If you're a first time applicant, pay the application fee when you submit your application. Pay the booth fee after you're notified of acceptance by the jury.

    Everyone else submit the booth fee with your application

    Booth locations will be assigned when payment is recieved.

  • First time applicant
    Submit 4 photos of your work by email to craft@moscowrenfair.org or by mail to:

  • Returning Vendor
    Be sure to check the checkbox on the application form in the Comments section. You will not need to resubmit photos to the jury for unchanged craftwork or booth presentation.

  • Payment
    By PayPal/credit card: login to your PayPal account at PayPal.com and make your fee payment to "paypal@moscowrenfair.org".

    By check: make payable to Moscow Renaissance Fair and mail to:

    If you are a first time applicant, send two checks, one for the application fee and the other for the booth fee. If you are not accepted into the fair, your booth fee check will be destroyed.

  • Shared Craft Booth
    Two artists are allowed to share a booth and split the fee.

    Each vendor should apply separately (and, if a first time applicant, pay an application fee and send photos). Both should fill out the Second Artisan section of the application. Each applicant sends his or her own photos. Applicants are juried separately.

    In case one of the shared applicants is accepted and the other denied, please indicate on the application whether or not the accepted applicant would still want to attend and pay the full booth fee.

  • Service Providers
    A limited number of service providers (for example, massage, fortune telling, body art) will be accepted. First time service providers will be juried; provide photos, or a written description of the services if photos are not applicable.

  • Booth location and special needs requests
    Booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of the fair board.

    If you have a site preference, so indicate in the application form comment section.
    Provide first, second and third choices by booth number, referring to the 2018 craft booth map.

    Also note any special booth needs you may have.
